Honors Algebra II

Service Description

This is an Honors Algebra II course for accelerated students. In this course, students will extend topics introduced in Algebra I and learn to manipulate and apply more advanced functions and algorithms. Topics include: • review of advanced algebra concepts • functions and graphing • polynomial functions • quadratic functions • rational functions • square root and cubic functions • radical and rational exponents • exponential and logarithmic functions • systems of linear equations and inequalities • introduction to trigonometry • sequences and series Students work on various challenges, exploration activities and projects to enhance their mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills. Cancellation Policy: Once you have made the payment, you can still cancel the class one week before the class starts with a 10% cancellation penalty.
